New York City |
I’ve been in New York since Thursday. My two daughters and I ran the Hamptons Half Marathon
yesterday. It was a wonderful experience racing with both of my girls. It was my best race since the fall of 2012. Running without aches and pains makes
all the difference. I came in third in my age division. I credit that to a great
training program, a fantastic massage therapist, and a treadmill!
The New York City Marathon is five weeks
from today. I’ll be ready!
